My second home country. I travelled from north to south, ie: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Garmisch, Trier & Mosel, Leipzig, Heidelberg, Baden-Baden, Ostsee, Erfurt, Hannover, Frankfurt.
Unfortunately I have yet to experience northern lights or fjords, but I stayed one week in beautiful Oslo and visited Munch's museum.
Visited Helsinki and took a ferry to Tallin. I was particuarly amazed by a special church and its acoustic.
Paris, Montpellier, Strasbourg..and one crazy hitch-hiking adventure from France to Germany
What a huge difference it makes to understand the local language! I visited Barcelona, Mรกlaga, Mallorca, Cรณrdoba, Granada.
Rom, Milan, Florence, Taormina. Italy is among my top destinations I like to visit time and again.
A study trip to Breslau allowed me to dicover a thriving cultural scene in Poland. I also visited Krakow and Szczecin.
Prag needs no introductions. I had no idea about the latin scene in Brno, and very positively surprised about that city overall.
I only visited London, but there is so much to see that a few days were not enough.
No, it is not Switzerland. This was the beautiful coutryside around Lwiw. I hiked in the carpathians and visited Kiev.
Beautiful water and flowers. Excellent food. Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar and the breathtaking Plitvice Lakes.
As a mountain lover, I always like to explore the heights wherever I go. Slovenia was breathtaking. I stayed in Ljubljana and Bled.
From the wonders of Hundertwasser to the beautiful mountains in Tirol, I travelled Austria with Interrail. Innsbruck was my favourite place.
Landscapes in Switzerland need no introduction either. Words fall short to describe the beautiful views and perfect landscape interventions.
